What is the maximum number of swimmers?The pool is limited to a maximum of 6 swimmers per booking.

Can I book regular slots?Yes, our new booking system allows you to book regular slots. Contact us if you need any assistance.

How warm is the pool’s water?The temperature is kept at a comfortable 30 degrees.

What are the pool’s dimensions?The length is 10m and the width is 4.5m. The depth of the shallow end is 1.24m and the deep end is 1.56m

Does my hour slot include changing time?Yes. Sessions start and finish within your timeslot which includes changing time and showering. Sessions are booked on the hour therefore swimmers are requested to leave when their time is up. Please remember to leave the changing area and bathroom clean and tidy for the next swimmers.

Are there showers?Yes, there is one private shower. Swimmers are requested to have a quick shower before entering the pool to ensure optimal water quality

What is a swim nappy and why do I have to use one?Swim nappies are non-absorbent and are often designed with a snug waistband and close-fitting legs so as to contain any accidents. Without a suitable swim nappy, there is a risk of fecal matter entering the water in which case the pool will need to be closed immediately for at least 24 hours.

Can I bring pool toys?Hard balls are not allowed, however soft balls, pool noodles and inflatables are all welcome

Are spectators are allowed?Yes, we allow up to two spectators per booking

Does the pool have disability access?There are 6 small steps to enter the property. Once inside, the floor is level throughout. There are 7 steps to enter the water and there is a handrail at the side of the pool. There is no chair lift or hoist available.

Can I host a pool party?Due to insurance, we do not permit children’s or adult parties

Is there WiFi?Yes, there is wifi at the changing end of the pool area. The Wifi password is displayed on the entrance door

Is there parking?Yes, there is ample space onsite to park your vehicles. Please follow the signs and park tot he side of the main house.

How do I gain access to the pool?Access to the swimming pool is through the white door to the left of the house’s front door. The door will be locked, you will be emailed the code upon booking. Please wait outside until your allocated timeslot starts.

Is there a pool cover?Yes, the pool cover ensures the water is kept warm and needs to be closed when not in use. Please follow the instructions above the control panel inside the pool area.

How far in advance can I book a slot?Pool slots are released 31 days in advance

What if I need to cancel my booking?Bookings can be cancelled by guests or Langley Grange Indoor Pool for any reason up to 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be given. To cancel a booking, click on 'manage my booking' in your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked slot won’t be refunded.

What if I need to reschedule my booking?You are welcome to reschedule your swim up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. Click on 'Manage my booking' in your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions. Please email us pool@langleygrange.co.uk if you require assistance.
